MEDICAL INTERPRETER
- Phone and live video interpretation to non spanish or non english speakers . - Ensure the complete understanding of medical information between doctors, nurses, medical staff, and patients. - Translate a wide range of medical information that includes medical conditions, treatment options, follow-up appointment details, billing, and insurance.
FITBIT - TALENT ACQUISITION RECRUITER
-Interview and screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions - Conducts skills testing and office interviews to measure capability and aptitudes - Oversee all pre-employment requirements (e.g., background investigations including reference checks, drug testing, physical exams) to ensure compliance and proper applicant tracking flow and records maintenance . Collaborates with other HR functions on recruiting issues (e.g., new hire requirements, compensation, etc - Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues
ACCOUNT MANAGER BACK UP
- While keeping Team ́s Performance during account ́s Supervisor absence or support while present : Follow up on on Client ́s guidance and updates, while keeping a daily communication thru daily huddles, phone calls, roundtables and emails. - During weekly meetings discuss team performance with account ́s management staff to follow on agents’ performance, metrics and if necessary proceed with performance management action plans. - Follow up on agents requests and needs, not only to keep an excellent account ́s performance but to create an internal “team ́s CSAT” with Team Managers to reinforce support and development.
Team Manager
- Responsible of a team of 25 agents, being the main objective to motivate, coach, develop, train and to keep a successful and skilled group of agents -Exceed customer satisfaction target (CSAT) and QA being account ́s Top Performer Team Manager. - Create action plans to follow up on agents ́ weekly and monthly performance based on metrics, calls monitored and feedback observed during floor walking and Client ́s feedback.
